UKARA
came about because the Government changed the law about replica gun sales
(the VCR
Bill
Oct 2007 banned the sale of replica guns with a few exceptions). What UKARA does for you, the player. If your site has registered with UKARA it means that they have 3rd party insurance, they run a membership scheme and that by being a member of one of these UKARA registered sites you are able to continue to buy Airsoft guns by mail order (telephone), internet and by visiting the airsoft shop.
If
you play at a site that has not registered with UKARA
I urge you to ask them why?
What a player
can do to continue
to buy replica guns:- Once you have been added to the UKARA player database you will be able to continue to buy replica guns as if nothing had changed.

UKASGB Info The underlying philosophy of the UKASGB is simple: We believe that all airsoft players have a right to play at safe, professionally operated and fully insured sites. The UKASGB does not tell sites how to run their business or dictate to them. It is a collection of like minded site owners who wish to gain knowledge through being a collective. The UKASGB provide information, access to cheaper insurance, help and guidance if you want to set up and airsoft site. The UKASGB also can provide First Aid training courses, training for marshals and various other benefits. Please visit the UKASGB web site for more information.
